Ms. Guinn is a former member of the board of directors and chaired the audit committee of Asset Mark Financial Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of wealth management and technology solutions that power independent financial advisers and their clients. She previously served on the board of Allied World Assurance Company Holdings AG from 2015 until its 2017 sale to Fairfax Financial Holdings. Ms. Guinn led an $800 million dollar global business that included consulting and investment services.
She was a featured Directors & Boards “Director to Watch” in its 2018 Annual Report, and, in 2017, she was named to the inaugural class of Insurance Business America’s Hall of Fame honoring leaders, pioneers, and role models with over thirty-five years in the insurance industry. In 2014, Ms. Guinn received the Actuarial Foundation’s Insurance Legends Award, an honor that acknowledges leadership, intellect, and personal achievements as well as contributions to the insurance community and society. She is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst. She is also a governance fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors
